I HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE OF EASYJET! YEY!!

I got over excited yesterday when I googled easyjet and found that two of my blogs came up on the 1st page. I thought that all the hours wasted complaining to a sponge had not been in vane. I then found out that the reason I rank on the easyJet 1st page on my own computer is because I write bloody the blogs. Doohhhh!

The easyJet Customer Service "team" have been quiet for a few days. Have I stunned them into a respectful silence or are they totally bored with me? What will I do without them? They have been my reason for living. I know, I'll transfer my intellectual argument to Luton Airport, although I suspect they might already have the propaganda machine primed and waiting for my first email.

Putting easyJet to one side for a while, I had a brilliant weekend in London. I met up with my friend Sandy, granson Morgan and his partner Gwen for lunch at Kettners in Soho. A place I can highly recommend. In the evening Sandy and I went to the theatre to see The Million Dollar Quartet.  Fab-u-lous.

"Was this the face that launched a thousand ships
And singed the topless towers of easyJet?
Sweet R & C, make me immortal with a kiss ..."

Nice to see the new masthead. Has the go-karter finally graduated to Formula 1? And are you sponsoring him in it?

I'd have gate-crashed that lunch if I'd heard it included the theatre afterwards ...

So, your excuses for not joining us for lunch would have been overcome had you known we were going to the theatre! Your treachery is awesome,I will not make you immortal and this is the reason I will not be investing in you.

Yes, flagmaker, it was a good weekend. The picture was taken by Kimberley a couple of weeks ago when we went to lunch at The George, Stamford. Does that bring back memories too? Now you know why I look so happy.

Oh dear Sandy, what have you learned? Good things I hope! I know that I do rant on a bit at times.

Love the new pic. Can't wait to see what the airport has to say - you have to keep us posted! But so glad to see that life goes on even without Easy Jet. Am so happy you arrived home safely from your epic voyage. I followed the traveler blog the whole time and it sounded wonderful for the most part, I was sooo jealous reading the whole thing. I can't wait to follow your further adventures (Easy Jet or not). I shall be waiting with bated breath for your next post! Take care! - Mare Freeborn

Along with all the others, Ann, I just love this picture of you. I thought it might have been taken after your Easy Jet victory. That one will be with you swilling a bottle of champagne.

Sounds like you had a great time in London...of course, you didn't have to take Easy Jet!

Well Mare, no further word from easyJet. I'm wondering whether to drop the whole things now because I was getting a bit obsessive! But I hate to think that they just get away with these things.

Glad you enjoyed the travel blog. Funnily enough I was just looking at another trip!

I feel that I might be letting you down now SueAnn. Sorry

Now swilling a bottle of champagne sounds very, vey appealing Carmen, easyJet victory or not!

It's good to see you're back home and getting back into the swing of things. A day out in London sounds fab - if I need a place to eat in Soho, I'll be back to grab that name!

Love the new pic of you up there - it's really beautiful!
